Daniele Roncarà is a copyright and information technology expert. He has significant knowledge in antipiracy, internet service providers’ liability (including search engines, social networks and marketplaces), as well as in negotiations and relationships with collective management organizations.
Before joining the Firm, Daniele worked for more than 4 years in Sky Italia as head of the Copyright and IP department. Prior to joining Sky, Daniele served as a lawyer for 10 years in leading boutique IP law firms.
He graduated in Law from the Roma Tre University in 2010. He is the author of several articles and regularly writes for law reviews, in addition to being a speaker at conferences and seminars on a wide range of aspects of IP and IT Law.
He is a member of the Italian Bar.
He speaks Italian and English.
