Antonia Anna Granata works in the Litigation and Arbitration Department and is specialized in assisting Italian and International companies in the field of compliance.
Previously, she worked in the Roman office of a well-known Italian law firm, where she gained considerable experience in corporate criminal law under Legislative Decree No. 231/2001 whilst assisting companies in the implementation of organization, management and control systems and cooperating with Supervisory Bodies of certain companies. Furthermore, she provided ongoing support in the field of personal data protection and in the organization of business privacy models.
She graduated cum laude from LUISS Guido Carli Law School in 2021 and she is a member of the Italian Bar.
She speaks Italian and English.
