Simone Riccioni primarily handles corporate and commercial law, advising Italian and foreign companies, both private and listed, in relation to Italian and cross-border M&A transactions, including transfers of stocks and businesses, mergers, demergers, takeover bids and capital increases. Simone has experience in drafting and negotiating purchase agreements, by-laws, joint venture agreements, shareholders’ agreements and commercial agreements. He also assists clients in day-to-day legal advice on corporate and commercial issues.
Before joining the Firm in 2023, he had previous working experiences in a leading national law firm and in an Italian boutique in Rome.
Simone graduated in law from LUISS Guido Carli University in 2019.
He has been admitted to practice law in Italy in 2022 and is currently a member of the Italian Bar Association.
He speaks Italian and English.
