Roberta De Girolamo provides advice and assistance to Italian and foreign companies in the context of M&A transactions and on an ongoing basis in corporate and commercial matters.
Before joining the Firm, she gained previous work experience at two leading Italian law firms with offices in Rome.
In 2020, she graduated in Law from the Roma Tre University of Rome. Roberta also holds a second-level university master’s degree in “Corporate Criminal Law” from LUISS Guido Carli University in Rome, in which she focused on issues related to corporate compliance for the management of corporate criminal risk.
She is a member of the Italian Bar.
She speaks Italian and English.
