Francesca Giacomello practices in the Litigation and Arbitration Department. In particular, she assists and advises on civil, commercial and corporate law matters, both before the ordinary courts and in arbitration proceedings. She also assists in compliance matters, the administrative liability of entities (Legislative Decree 231/2001) and the conduct of internal investigations.
Francesca graduated cum laude in Law from the University of Verona in February 2022, with a thesis in commercial law. During her studies, Francesca participated in the 26th Willem C. Vis International Arbitration Moot Court as a member of the faculty team of the University of Verona.
She is enrolled as a trainee lawyer with the Milan Italian Bar.
She speaks Italian and English.
