Giulia Mancuso practices in the Real Estate department, providing legal assistance to Italian and International clients in real estate transactions.
Her expertise includes drafting and negotiating sale and purchase agreements, lease agreements, business unit leases, commercial agreements, and providing legal opinions on corporate and commercial matters.
Prior to joining the Firm, she worked in the Corporate M&A department of a leading law firm based in Rome, Milan, and London. During this time, she gained experience in corporate, commercial, and civil law, and participated in corporate restructuring and reorganization transactions, as well as mergers and acquisitions.
Giulia also assists clients during out-of-court and litigation phases related to relationships between individuals and with public administrations.
In 2022, Giulia graduated in Law from the University of Roma Tre.
She speaks Italian and English.
