Francesco Vacca works with the Data Protection department of the Firm, dealing also with the privacy implications arising from the application of Artificial Intelligence tools.
He provides legal support in privacy and data protection matters to Italian clients and multinational companies operating in different economic sectors, including banking and insurance, for the purpose of constant compliance with the EU Regulation No. 679/2016 ("GDPR") and industry regulations.
Prior to joining our Firm, he gained experience in the civil law at a boutique law firm based in Naples and in Child Data Protection at the local Juvenile Prosecutor's Office.
Francesco graduated in Law cum laude in 2017 from the University Federico II of Naples and, after passing the forensic bar exam, he obtained two Master's degrees, the first in Tech Law & Digital Transformation at TopLegal Academy and the second in Law and Business at 24ore Business School in Milan.
He is a member of the Italian Bar Association.
He speaks Italian, English and Spanish.
