Elena Tomanelli focuses her professional activity on civil litigation, with particular reference to the areas of banking, financial, corporate and bankruptcy law.
She assists Italian and foreign clients in the management and valorization of non-performing loans, NPLs/UTP, through the identification of customized strategies (judicial and/or extrajudicial) aimed at supporting specific needs.
She also provides her assistance before the competent authorities in the context of sanctioning proceedings brought by the Bank of Italy and Consob.
She graduated in Law from the University of Milan.
She is a member of the Italian Bar Association.
She speaks Italian, English and French.
