Beatrice Bertolini has gained expertise in commercial and corporate law, with a particular focus on M&A - private equity and asset deal transactions.
She mainly deals with Venture Capital transactions, taking care, in particular, of due diligence, drafting of sale and purchase agreements and shareholders' agreements and assisting entrepreneurs, unlisted companies and funds in both M&A transactions and ordinary management activities.
Prior to joining the Firm, she worked with the Milan office of a leading international law firm, where she gained experience in M&A - private equity and ECM transactions.
Beatrice graduated in Law with honors from the University of Trento in 2022.
She is enrolled as a trainee lawyer with the Italian Bar Association.
She speaks Italian, English, German and Spanish.
