Simone D’Avolio has worked on a number of corporate loan transactions in relation to real estate acquisitions or to restructuring of corporate groups, providing legal assistance both to lenders and to borrowers.
In financial markets, he has worked on debt instruments issues in Italy by Italian and international issuers. He has assisted a number of clients in the restructuring of structured financial instruments.
After graduating in Law maxima cum laude from the University of Rome in 2004, he obtained an LL.M in Banking and Finance Law from the University of London, University College London in 2005.
He is a member of the Italian Bar as well as a Solicitor of England & Wales.
He speaks Italian and English.
