Eugenio Falcone covers the environmental, zoning and building aspects in the real estate development’s processes and real estate transactions that involve the acquisition, management and disposal of real estate portfolios.
Eugenio joined the firm in 2005. Previously, he worked in other law firms based in Rome, as advisor in zoning and building matter, in the processes of real estate development; negotiation of complex zoning agreements; implementation of public housing projects; protection and valorisation of landscape, parks; general legal aid for main building contractors.
Eugenio Falcone graduated in Law from LUISS University in Rome. He specialized as “Environmental Legal Expert”. He participated in the 44th Annual Session organized by the Academy of American and International Law, in Dallas. Furthermore, he obtained the Master degree "Urbam - Urban Planning for Public Administration" in 2019 organised by the Faculty of Architecture of "La Sapienza" University in Rome.
He has authored a number of publications on environmental, zoning and building matters.
He also held an assistant position at Rome University.
He is a member of Club Giuristi Ambiente, an Italian association focused on Urban Law founded by Professor Spantigati.
He is a member of the Italian Bar since 2003.
