Emanuele Albesano specialises in bankruptcy and winding up procedures, restructuring, corporate law, as well as relevant litigation. He has worked on several bankruptcy procedures, composition with creditors procedures and reorganization procedures.
After graduating “maxima cum laude” from the University of Turin in 2002, from 2003 to 2006 he was an associate at a premier Turin law firm specialised in bankruptcy and corporate law.
He is the author of various papers on bankruptcy and commercial law. He was admitted to the bar in 2006, the same year he started working for Gianni & Origoni.
He speaks Italian and English.
