Mario Amoroso focuses on mergers and acquisitions, general corporate law, joint venture agreements, Real Estate transactions and Private Equity investments. He has extensive experience representing both Italian and foreign clients in significant acquisition transactions and acquisition financing.
After a lengthy experience with major Italian and international law firms, he joined the firm in 1995 and became Head of the Real Estate Department in 1997. From 2006 to 2010 Mario was Vice President and General Counsel of the Toti Group. He is a member of the Executive Committee of Assoimmobiliare (Confindustria).
After graduating in Law maxima cum laude from the University of Naples in 1972, Mario received an LL.M. from New York University in 1975 and obtained a Ph.D. in European Law from the European University Institute of Florence.
He is a member of the Italian Bar and of the Association of Certified Auditors (Albo dei Revisori Contabili).
He speaks Italian, English and French.
