Francesco Schizzerotto has developed a vast experience in administrative law and, in particular, in the environmental, health and safety and energy sectors, including issues concerning asbestos, air emissions, water discharges, waste management, clean-up procedures, authorisation procedures for industrial plants (such as refineries and power plants fuelled by conventional and renewable sources).
Francesco advised a number of clients (both domestic and international), also with regard to their relationship with Public Administrations. Moreover, Francesco assisted a number of clients in relation to litigation procedures in front of the relevant Administrative Courts. Furthermore, Francesco carried out a number of due diligence activities within M&A and project finance operations. He also enriched his experience by partaking in seminars as a speaker and through publications on law journals.
Francesco attended the Erasmus Programme at the Trinity College of Dublin and subsequently he graduated in Law from the University of Pavia in 2003. In 2005 he obtained a Master in European and Transnational Law at the University of Trento.
He is a member of the Milan BAR Association.
He speaks Italian and English.
