Aulo Cossu boasts in-depth experience in bankruptcy law and in litigation, with a particular emphasis on the telecommunications industry. During his career, he has assisted leading Italian and international companies, gaining significant experience in commercial and corporate law, telecommunications, bankruptcy, as well as in litigation issues related to M&A, stock exchange and capital markets transactions.
He graduated in 1984 in Law from the University "La Sapienza" of Rome.
He is a member of the Italian Bar.
He speaks Italian and English.
