Michele Mazzolo focuses on corporate and insolvency litigation. Furthermore he has experience in the restructuring field, advising both companies in financial difficulties and financial institutions involved in turnaround deals.
He joined the firm in 2008, having in the meanwhile gained work experience in other important Italian law firm based in Milan.
He took a degree in Law maxima cum laude from the University of Udine in 2007 with a thesis related to the civil law, than he continued his academic experience by contributing to the civil law Department of the University.
He is a member of the Padua Bar Association.
He speaks Italian and English.
