Gaia Arcidiacono works in the Litigation and arbitration department. She is specialised in civil, banking and corporate litigation. In particular, she assists credit institutions and both multinational and Italian companies in disputes before Italian courts and Arbitration tribunal, as well as in precautionary proceedings.
Previously she worked at the Milan office of a prestigious international law firm gaining experience in assisting and advising domestic and foreign companies in antitrust, litigation and contracts matters.
In addition to the work in this Firm, she has also been seconded at the legal department of an important International Bank.
She graduated in Law from the University of Milan in 2009.
She is a member of the Italian Bar.
She speaks Italian and English.
