Nicola Zito specializes in corporate and finance law and advises Italian and foreign clients on M&A transactions (acquisitions, mergers, de-mergers, restructurings and takeovers), investment financing, private equity and corporate governance. He regularly advises clients on the negotiation and drafting of a wide range of commercial agreements.
Prior to joining the firm in 2016, Nicola worked for a leading UK international law firm (2010-2015) and in the legal function of a multinational corporation (2015-2016).
Nicola graduated in Law from the University LUISS Guido Carli in Rome.
He is a member of the Italian Bar.
He speaks Italian and English.
