Gianluca Santoro focuses on the civil, bankruptcy, commercial and corporate litigation area, providing assistance and advice even in pre-litigation phase.
He collaborated with a leading Italian law firm with offices in Rome and Bari specialized in the commercial and corporate litigation area.
Gianluca graduated in law, at University “Roma Tre”, in Rome , in 2013. He joined our law firm in 2016. In 2014, he attended an “Advanced Training Course for Arbitrators and Lawyers in Arbitration Proceedings” held by the National Arbitration Court of Milan. In 2015, Gianluca also attended a Summer School in “European and Comparative Company Law: Capital Markets” promoted by Luiss Summer School in cooperation with the University of Leiden.
Gianluca has been registered at the Bar of Bari, since 2017.
He speaks Italian and English.
