Alberto specializes in corporate and commercial law advising domestic and multinational companies in relation to Italian and cross-border M&A transactions. He has significant experience in the management of corporate matters involving joint stock companies and limited liability companies, as well as in drafting and negotiating purchase agreements, by-laws, joint venture agreements, shareholders' agreements, commercial agreements, and legal opinions related to corporate and commercial law matters.
He graduated in Law, with honours, from University LUISS Guido Carli of Rome in 2015 and subsequently attended the Academy of American and International Law (Texas, USA) in 2022.
Before joining the firm, he had a previous working experience in an important Italian law firm, having its offices in Rome and Milan.
He is a member of the Italian Bar.
He speaks Italian and English.
