Alessandro Meringolo specialises in M&A, corporate and commercial law, private equity, venture capital and joint ventures. He advises domestic and international companies and investment funds in drafting and negotiating acquisition agreements, joint venture agreements, shareholders’ agreements and a variety of commercial agreements. He also focuses on the internationalization of companies and on English commercial and corporate law.
After graduating at the University of Turin in 2011, from 2011 to 2015, he practised as Associate at primary law firms specialized in corporate law. Then in 2016, he obtained a Master of Laws (LL.M.) (with merit) in International Banking and Finance Law from the University College of London.
He is a member of the Turin Bar Association as well as a Solicitor of England & Wales.
He speaks Italian, English and French.
