Damiana Masi works at Intellectual Property, TMT and Cybersecurity Department and she specialises in trademarks, patents, design and unfair competition as well as in copyright, art law and entertainment law.
Before joining the Law Firm, Damiana has worked at the Rome office of a leading Italian law firm specialized in IP. Moreover, she was an assistant lecturer in Corporate Law at the University of Bari, where she was on the board of examiners. She obtained a Master Degree in Entertainment Law.
Damiana graduated in law maxima cum laude from the University of Bari in 2004.
She is a member of the Italian Bar.
She speaks Italian and English.
