Andrea Bazuro specializes in corporate finance, equity capital markets and public M&A. He advises domestic and international companies, banks, investment funds and public companies on capital markets deals, including IPOs, secondary offerings, right issues and other extraordinary transactions involving listed companies.
He has extensive experience in the financial and investment services sector and provides legal advisory in all related corporate and business law issues.
After graduating in Law from the University of Rome "La Sapienza" (2000), he obtained a Master's Degree from the University of Barcelona "Pompeu Fabra" (2001) and an LL. M. from the Northwestern University School of Law - Kellogg School of Management (Chicago - United States - 2004).
He worked as visiting foreign lawyer at Roca Junyent Abogados Asociados in Barcelona (Spain - 2001), before gaining a significant ten-year experience working in two Italian top law firms: Andrea joined the firm in 2018.
He is a member of the Rome Bar Association.
He speaks Italian, English and Spanish.
