Paolo Bordi specialises in financial markets, corporate finance and equity capital markets. He has developed strong expertise in all the legal/regulatory matters concerning banking/financial/investment services, insurance and asset management business. He also advises in extraordinary corporate transactions involving regulated companies, including those active in the insurance, banking and financial sectors.
Paolo graduated in law summa cum laude, from the University of Rome. From 1999 to 2002, Paolo worked for a specialist law firm in the field of Corporate Law and Financial Markets. From 2002 to 2006, he worked as an officer in the legal department in Assogestioni, the Italian trade association of investment funds and portfolio managers. He joined the firm in 2006.
Paolo is a member of the Rome Bar.
