Giovanna Giansante has acquired a significant experience in corporate and commercial law; she advises domestic and multinational companies in general corporate and commercial matters. She has assisted foreign companies in the establishment and operation activities in Italy, in cross-border and domestic mergers, and she has advised private and listed companies in extraordinary corporate transactions and in drafting commercial agreements. She provided corporate assistance to asset management companies as well as with respect to the set up of EuVECA funds and in connection with regulatory issues. In addition she has a significant experience in privacy matters and in building of control systems pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001.
