Fiorenza Fortunato practices in the Corporate/M&A department, where she is involved in national and international transactions and she also focuses on general corporate assistance to Italian and foreign companies and groups of companies.
Before joining Gianni & Origoni, she worked in the Corporate/M&A department of an Italian primary law firm with offices in Milan, Rome and London. She had an experience as trainee at the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs working for the European Union General Direction.
Fiorenza graduated in Law from Università degli Studi di Napoli Federico II in 2015, she also attended the Master Program in International Functions at S.I.O.I. (Italian United Nations Association). In 2012 she attended the LLP Erasmus Programme at Université Paris 13, in France
She is a member of the Milan Bar Association.
She speaks Italian, English and French.
