Andrea Cerulli Irelli focuses on extraordinary transactions, such as mergers and acquisitions, with a special focus on private equity. He also assists clients in day-to-day legal advice on corporate and commercial issues.
Prior to joining the firm, Andrea worked in leading Italian law firms in Rome and Milan.
After graduating in Law, maxima cum laude, from the University “Roma Tre” of Rome in 2011, he obtained a Master (LL.M.) from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law of New York in 2012.
Andrea is member of the Italian Bar from 2014 and of the New York Bar from 2012.
He speaks Italian and English.
