Giada Ilaria Tombesi provides assistance on environmental law, especially on regulatory issues related to authorization and permit proceedings.
She has also gained experience in the field of the development of projects for the production of electricity from renewable sources, in emission trading and in energy litigation.
In January 2019, Giada graduated in Law “maxima cum laude” from the “Università del Sacro Cuore” in Milan, with a thesis on the “Interpretations and applications of the principle of proportionality in relation to the practice of drone strikes”.
She attended the Erasmus Program at the “Universidad Carlos III”, in Madrid (Spain) from September 2016 to January 2017 attending the courses on International Private Law, International Organizations, and International Public Law.
Among her academic activities, she attended a course on Legal clinics in International Law and an intensive course in administrative law (complemented by practical case studies).
In 2018 she has collaborated with an important international law firm.
She is a member of the Italian Bar.
She speaks Italian, English and Spanish.
