Tommaso Chiericati Salvioni carries out his activity in the Firm's Data Protection and IT Team.
He provides and has provided legal assistance in matters of Privacy and Data Protection to multinational companies operating in various sectors of the economy, also through in-house experiences abroad and in Italy, supporting projects for the adaptation to EU Regulation No. 679/2016 ("GDPR") and application of the privacy by design principle.
Before joining our firm, he gained experience in judicial and extrajudicial civil litigation as well as in labor law disputes at a boutique law firm based in Vicenza.
Tommaso graduated in Law in 2015 from the University of Padua and subsequently earned an LL.M. at the University of Tilburg (the Netherlands) in Law & Technology where he studied subjects such as: intellectual property law related to IT, ICT & contracts, e-Commerce, e-Health and, precisely, Privacy and Data Protection.
He is enrolled in the Milan Bar.
He is fluent in Italian and English.
