Martina advises Italian and international regulated entities on banking, insurance, financial markets, asset management and anti-money laundering matters. In particular, she assists clients in relation to the relevant legal framework, products and services distribution, contracts, cross-border operations and management of relations with the Supervisory Authorities, including the defense of clients in sanction proceedings before these Authorities. Furthermore, she advises clients on extraordinary transactions with particular reference to regulatory profiles.
Graduated from the Luiss Guido Carli University in Rome in 2009, she then attended the II level Master in Business Law at the same University.
She has been a member of the Salerno Bar Association since 2013.
She speaks Italian and English.
