Milan, February 14, 2025 - International law firm Gianni & Origoni was a multi-winner at the 2025 Legalcommunity Finance Awards taking home three accolades: Law Firm of the Year in both the "Real Estate Finance" and "Private Clients/Family Office" categories, while Emanuele Grippo was named Professional of the Year in Regulatory.
The ceremony, held in Milan, was an opportunity to celebrate the excellences of the legal market active in the Finance sector.

The Italian firm has always stood out for its intense activity in the real estate sector. Among the most important deals followed in the past year, it was advising a pool of banks on a mortgage loan of over 400 million euros granted to a well-known real estate fund. This was one of the most significant real estate transactions completed in 2024.
Law Firm of the Year – Private Clients/Family Office
The firm represents some of the most prominent High Net Worth Individuals in Italy, both Italians and foreigners residing in Italy, managing assets for worth billions of euros. The assistance provided meets the clients' needs in their operations within the country.
Lawyer of the Year – Regulatory, Emanuele Grippo
The expert lawyer assisted two players in carrying out an international project with the innovative goal of creating a product where the typical advantages of club deals and upstream management by regulated entities will coexist.
