Gianni, Origoni, Grippo, Cappelli & Partners further bolsters Administrative Law and Tender Practice

Rome, June 3, 2015 – The international law firm Gianni, Origoni, Grippo, Cappelli & Partners announces the hire of new Counsel, Biagio Giliberti, who joins the Administrative Law and Tender Practice in Milan. The practice now boasts 22 lawyers dedicated exclusively to the firm’s Administrative activity.
He has a vast experience in administrative law, both judicial and extra-judicial, with a specific focus on bidding contracts, public services, energy and infrastructure, privatisations and transport.
Biagio joins from the Milan offices of Chiomenti, where he was senior associate and before that he worked in a prominent public law boutique.
Recently he has become associate professor of Administrative law and has published several articles in leading Italian and international legal magazines.
Biagio’s hire adds his considerable weight to the firm’s administrative law practice, which is considered top-tier not only for its high level of lawyers but also for its wide range of expertise. The practice, in fact, covers a wide the spectrum of issues from bidding contracts, supplies and services in privatisations, from energy to environment, from telecommunications to transportation.
