Pierantonio Basso works in the Litigation and Arbitration Department at Padua office.
He has gained extensive experience in assisting insurance companies and financial institutions, as well as industrial and service companies, in complex litigation, also before higher courts and in arbitration proceedings.
As for the insurance sector, Pierantonio provides assistance, both in and out of court, in disputes and matters (in Non-Life and Life affairs) concerning the distribution of insurance and financial products, relationships with agents and brokers, complex claims, guarantees and sureties.
He graduated in Law in 1999 from the University of Padua.
He is member of the Italian Bar.
He speaks Italian and English.
