Caterina is specialised in capital markets and public M&A transactions. She advises banks, investment firms and corporations in multiple equity and debt capital markets transactions, providing support on commercial issues and corporate governance aspects. She has experience in IPOs, capital increases and extraordinary transactions (both on regulated markets and multilateral trading facilities) as well as venture capital and private equity transactions.
Before joining the Firm, she worked in Brussels at a proxy advisory firm, focusing on the analysis of corporate disclosures and advising investors on how to vote in the shareholders general meetings of public listed companies.
In 2022, she graduated in law, with honors, from the University of Trento and, in 2020, she obtained the Master of Laws - LLM in Corporate and Financial Law, with distinction, from the University of Glasgow.
She is a member of the Register of Practitioners at the Rome Bar Association.
She speaks Italian and English.
