Vito Quaglietta specialises in M&A, corporate and commercial law, and collaborates with the Corporate/M&A department providing legal assistance to Italian and foreign companies, private and listed, in the context of M&A transactions including acquisitions, disposals of participations, corporate mergers and demergers, shareholders' agreements, governance activities and commercial contracts of various kind.
Vito joined the firm in 2023 after completing his legal traineeship and acquiring work experience at a law firm based in Rome with expertise in Corporate/M&A law.
He graduated in Law in 2020 from LUISS Guido Carli University in Rome with a thesis on the deferral of anomalous intra-group financing. During his academic career, he attended the course “Transnational Dispute Resolution” at the Kozminski University in Warsaw, where he also had the opportunity to approach international law.
Vito also obtained an LL.M in Business and Company Law: European and International Perspectives at the LUISS Guido Carli University in Rome in 2022, with a dissertation on shareholders' deadlock termination clauses. During the master course, at the same university, he attended the executive course in “B&C Tech law: European and International Perspectives”.
He is a member of the Italian Bar.
He speaks Italian, English and French.
