Hansol Kim is a member of the Corporate and M&A department and provides assistance in favour of domestic and international companies in private and public M&A transactions, including takeover bids, acquisitions and mergers. In addition, she is a member of the Korea Desk which was established in 2011 and is dedicated to developing business with the Korean clients and, in such context, she provides legal counseling and assistance in favour of Korean companies intending to invest in Italy or are already active in Italy.
Hansol joined the Firm in February 2024 after completing her legal traineeship and acquiring work experience at a law firm based in Rome with expertise in Civil/Commercial/Industrial law and after, at an international law firm based in Rome with expertise in civil and insurance litigation (2022-2023).
She graduated in Law in 2021 from LUISS Guido Carli University in Rome, after having obtained a BA in Political Science and International Relations from the University of Rome “La Sapienza” in 2018.
She is a member of the Italian Bar (Rome).
She speaks Korean, Italian, English and French.
