Niccolò Lavorano specialises in private M&A, corporate and commercial law, and provides legal assistance primarily in connection with acquisition transactions, including transfers of stock and businesses, drafting and negotiating of joint ventures agreements, shareholders’ agreements and commercial contracts.
His transactional experience extends to working with clients on projects involving companies in financial distress, whether in the context of a proposed investment or M&A transaction or as part of a broader team advising clients holistically on their options in relation to distressed Italian companies in which they may have invested.
He also regularly advises clients on a wide range of corporate governance issues, including day-to-day management of compliance with company law requirements.
Before joining the Firm in 2023, he had a previous working experience in an important international law firm, having its offices in Rome and Milan.
He graduated in Law, with honours, from "Roma Tre" University of Rome in 2015.
He is a member of the Italian Bar.
He speaks Italian and English.
