Stefano Biagioli deals with labour law matters, both contentious and pre-contentious, with the aim of assisting both Italian and foreign companies. He has gained significant experience in all the main fields of labour law and industrial relationships.
Before joining the firm in 2012, he worked in the labour department of a law firm belonging to an international network, with particular reference to: (i) court litigation; (ii) compliance projects and review of the management system guidelines in H&S matter, also having multijurisdictional character; (iii) judicial or extrajudicial disputes concerning top management, including in relation to internal investigation procedures.
He graduated in Law from the University “Luigi Bocconi” of Milan.
He is a member of the Italian Bar.
He speaks Italian and English.
