Alexia specialises in litigation and arbitration law. She advises on all matters related to both contractual and extra contractual liability, damage indemnification, shareholders resolution contestation, unfair competition and intellectual property. An expert in insolvency law, she has gained significant experience in restructuring operations, in particular with regard to the composition with creditors procedure, including those in continuity.
She also provides “day by day” assistance and consultancy for companies in all areas of civil and corporate law, including all contractual, debt collection and litigation matters.
Before joining Gianni & Origoni, Alexia worked in Bologna in the office of a university professor and later in a primary international firm.
Alexia graduated in Law from the University of Bologna in 1996.
An Auditor of Accounts, she is admitted to practice before the Italian Supreme Court (Corte di Cassazione). Alexia is a member of the Italian Bar since 1999, as well as a member of the “Albo Esperto Negoziatore Crisi di Impresa” and the “Albo Gestore della crisi”.
Alexia is in charge of the litigation and restructuring areas of our Bologna office and she cooperates, in particular, with the bankruptcy section of the Court.
She speaks Italian, French and English.
