Barbara Michini is specialized in shipping and transportation law (intermodal transportation, maritime - land - rail transport and air freight transport).
She has acquired a broad experience in assisting primary companies, consortiums, business networks and insurance companies.
Her specialization is particularly focused on assistance related to pharmaceutical and food cold chain logistic issues, carriage of dangerous goods (ADR) and general aviation rules (also in insurance sector).
Barbara advises on regular basis on matters relating to construction and management of good storage warehouses, logistic hubs and railway junctions.
She assists clients on negotiations (both national and international) for commercial distribution contracts closing, on import - export issues, and international commercial terms matters.
Barbara graduated in Law at the University of Bologna in 1998, maxima cum laude, and she has been a member of the Italian Bar since 2002.
Prior to joining Gianni & Origoni, Barbara worked as a senior partner in another primary Italian law firm.
