Our department has considerable experience in development, exploitation and acquisition of information technology (hardware, software, databases, digital platforms) and on legal issues related to the Internet, such as e-commerce, electronic signatures and data protection.

We provide legal support to a broad mix of clients (including investment banks, multinational and start-up companies) encompassing B2B contracts, co-branding and hosting agreements, website development agreements, B2C contracts, offering of goods and services to consumers via the Internet, security systems for electronic payments, on-line trading and auctions.
